Terms & Conditions


Before any part is returned to MG Obsession a returns number will be required. Please contact MG Obsession by phone or email to obtain one. Failure to do so will delay any possible exchange or refund.

In the event of a part being ordered in error by the customer a refund or exchange is only available  if returned within 5 working days of receipt of the item to MG Obsession. Return costs will be covered by the customer and not MG Obsession.

In the event of an incorrect part being supplied a replacement will be sent once the original item has been returned to us well packaged and un-damaged. 

MG Obsession do not offer a BUY, TRY AND RETURN policy. Please ensure the part ordered is the part needed especially with electrical items. 

Faulty items

Many of our new parts are covered by there manufacturers warranty.All have different procedures but we will work directly with both parties in the event of any possible fault to resolve the issue.

All used parts supplied by MG Obsession through ourWebsite are covered by our 7 day replacement offer unless otherwise stated from the date received (we have access to delivery tracking). Only items shown on your receipt are covered. 
All suspected faulty items must be logged with MG Obsession within 7 working days from the delivery date.
All items must be sent with the original invoice number and a completed MG Obsession faulty item form accompanied by 
a full diagnostic print out where applicable. If a printout is not available a mechanical report to include all fault codes will be required. To obtain an MG Obsession faulty item form please contactus within 7 working days  and one will be sent out via email for you to complete. Failure to do this will result in either no replacement or refund being issued.

If an item is found to have no fault the item will be sent back to the purchaser at their cost
If the item is found to have a fault a replacement will be dispatched within 2 working days, if no replacement is available a full refund we be issued. We will only offer a refund if a replacement is not available and, the item has our security mark and deemed to be UN tampered with. Our guarantee covers parts only! It does not cover any garage labour recovery or resulting accident costs arising from fitting of any used part! . It is your responsibility to check any part(s) supplied making sure they are correct and in good useable order prior to fitting.


No credit/debit card details are stored by MG Obsession.
